THE LIGHT OF KUNDALINI (WEDNESDAY-VIRTUAL)
A series of weekly online Kundalini Medicine practices with Guru Dharam who will present a sequence pertinent to our current circumstances. Expect protocols for resilience, kriyas to meet inner and outer challenges, pranayamas for immunity, meditations for self-illumination, heart-healing circles, sets to cultivate peace and patience, Dharma talks and the delight of sharing sacred cyberspace with your global Kundalini family.
Classes take place via Zoom and registered participants will receive a link to join via email. The recording will be available for viewing for 10 days after the workshop.

SuperVision with Guru Dharam
A group session holding the space to share, discuss and grow into more effective Sacred Yoga Therapists. Each session features an introductory healing meditation by Guru Dharam.
One of our Yoga Therapy Students or graduate Yoga Therapists will present the case history of a patient that they have been working with. Symptoms and the conditions will be discussed, and the group will work out how and why it has manifested. Opinions and treatment plans will be prepared in small groups. It will then be accessed by Guru Dharam or another faculty member and discussions will be held.
These meetings are open to anyone who has participated in a module of the Sacred Yoga Therapy Training or the Menopause course.
This is a fascinating opportunity to put into practice the theory that you learn in the course.
This is also great for anyone curious about Clinic Sessions and how it works in a live setting.
*FREE for those currently enrolled in the SYT 500 or 800-hour program and available at a modest fee for anyone who has attended a SYT module.
