THE LIGHT OF KUNDALINI (WEDNESDAY-VIRTUAL)
A series of weekly online Kundalini Medicine practices with Guru Dharam who will present a sequence pertinent to our current circumstances. Expect protocols for resilience, kriyas to meet inner and outer challenges, pranayamas for immunity, meditations for self-illumination, heart-healing circles, sets to cultivate peace and patience, Dharma talks and the delight of sharing sacred cyberspace with your global Kundalini family.
Classes take place via Zoom and registered participants will receive a link to join via email. The recording will be available for viewing for 10 days after the workshop.

CAVE PRACTICE WITH SANGHA ELECTRONICA (SATURDAY-VIRTUAL)
The traditional home of a yogi was the Ashram, the forest or a cave either in community with other Sanyassins or in a solitary remote retreat setting to contemplate the nature of consciousness and the divine. I began this livestream class when Covid hit and limited our opportunities for traditional physical proximity but in so doing it inspired the inception of Sangha Electronica - our beautiful collective online cyber presence.
While we were all in varying stages of lockdown, isolation and restricted travel the traditional image of the yogini in her cave seemed an accurate description of our prevailing reality and the challenges it presented. So it was that the ‘Cave Practice’ manifested. In a truly Aquarian phenomenon we gather in electronic cyberspace way beyond the confines of physical longitude and latitude to sit, meditate, share, yogify ourselves and exalt the Spirit in the Eternal Light of the Dharma. Everybody is welcome to join us. ***Class available for 72 hour replay

SuperVision with Guru Dharam
A group session holding the space to share, discuss and grow into more effective Kundalini Yoga Therapists. Each session will feature an introductory presentation by Guru Dharam or another member of the faculty on a relevant subject. After group response, we will segue into discussion of case histories and the questions they pose. Cases are submitted by yoga therapy students/yoga therapists and members of our circle. These meetings are open to anyone who has participated in a module of the Sacred Yoga Therapy Training. Participants are welcome to present cases for discussion in class.
